Course Objective

This 3-day workshop is designed for HR professionals and Finance Officers who want to learn how to use Microsoft Excel to practically analyse data and create dashboards for effective decision-making. By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Appreciate the role of analytics in understanding behaviour and performance

  • Create and design dashboards for effective data management

  • Make decisions based on evidence rather than opinion
