Patricia Abena Kissi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of SEDAT Consult Limited. She is a Human Resource Management, and Business Development Consultant, a Personal and Career Development Coach; and an Author. Patricia holds an MA in Human Resource Development from the University of Cape Coast and an Executive Master Class Certificate in Organisational Development from African Management and Productivity Institute, Accra, Ghana. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Foundations from the University of Cape Coast. Patricia is Council Member of Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI), and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Ghana.
