Samuel is an experienced Human Resource Manager with over 8 years of progressive experience with a solid background in human resource management. He holds an Executive Masters’ degree in Business Administration (Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration-GIMPA), Certificate in Psychology – Guidance and Counselling (GIMPA), and BSc in Business Administration-Human Resource Management (Central University). He also has a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management (Level 3) from the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Accra. His areas of specialisation include compensation and Benefits Management, Talent/performance Management, Recruitment/selection, Conflict Management, Relationship Building, Coaching and Mentoring, Labour Relations, Occupational health and Safety and Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
